The Orchards is an executive lifestyle marketed enclave community of new homes with striking architecture inspired by French Country detailing and Classical designs influences. There are approximately 90 estate-style bungalow and two-storey homes up to 70 feet wide and range from 3000 to 4500 sq.ft. nestled in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by a forest, wetlands and conservation area. The landscape architecture combines elegant gardens, meandering trails, an intimate community park and a prestigious stone entrance gateway feature into a natural pond setting that will help to distinguish this residential development above its peers.

msla's role: To access the site and its surroundings and to develop the initial visioning study that set a framework for the character of the community. To develop a community master plan concept, and assist in the creation of the marketing strategy and sales pavilion marketing materials. Followed by full landscape architecture concept development and site planning for municipal rezoning and plan of subdivision approval. Final construction documentation to ensure the construction and finished details met the design intent.
