scotch valley drive estate
CLIENT: Private Residence
Fairfield Estates, King City, Ontario

A 9,000 sq. ft. french country estate inspired custom residence located on a 2 acre lot surrounded by conservation lands within the Fairfield Estates architecturally controlled and equestrian themed enclave. The landscape vision was to embrace the rolling terrain thru a terraced approach to the elevation of entertainment areas and to draw a relationship with the surrounding woodlands with a restrained native and ornamental plant material palette. A large country casual pool pavilion combines a shaded lounge area with an outdoor kitchen and arbor covered dinning amenities that feature unobstructed views across an infinity edge water feature and forest backdrop. A multi-purpose sport court can be converted to a large tent covered event facility for large gatherings, and remote fire pit, and large reflecting pond create a waterside retreat close to nature.
