This premiere 21 Storey glass and steel point tower is a Green Globes certified building located in a beautifully treed mid-town residential enclave. Contemporary styling with clean lines, this development includes a two storey lobby, yoga studio, fitness pavilion, half court basketball, and an open air rooftop entertainment lounge. The rooftop amenity area with unobstructed city views features a reflecting pool, outdoor billiards, two sided fireplace, barbeque island, outdoor showers and a whirlpool spa.

As a Green Globes designed building, 83 Redpath adheres to eco-tecture design criteria to substantially outperform conventional buildings in terms of conservation, sustainability and energy efficiency.

msla's role: MSLA provided full landscape architecture master planning, concept development, and rooftop amenity area design development. This project also required re-development enhancements for the existing sister condominium development on this site featuring new and upgraded amenities areas.
