This development is a 4 storey, and appoximently 80,000 sq.ft corporate head office facility for a residential and commercial property development and management group. The landscape architecture was designed to interact and create a strong vertical connection with the highly reflective quality of the buildings glass curtain wall architecture. The main entrance arrival experience has been is emphasized with a grouping of ornamental pear trees, accent perennials and featuring an architectural textured and colored concrete paving treatment.

msla's role: MSLA provided full landscape architecture master planning, concept development for this property. Contract tendering, plant material procurement, and construction administration / observation services were also provided to ensure the construction and finished details met the design intent.
