The Secret Lakes project consisted of 432 condominium units surrounded by site amenities including a club house, summer kitchen and barbeque area, spa, pool and deck areas.

msla's role: Overall master planning of the 30.4 acre site, design development, concept design and facility programming, detailed site design and construction implementation drawings. In addition, MSLA provided assistance with the Site Plan approvals and permitting.
