A 125 acre planned entertainment destination including exhibition building complex for trade shows and agricultural events, equestrian centre, commercial entertainment complex, luxury hotel, and the LEED silver designation casino and race track facility. Landscape architecture features included an equestrian themed main entrance & water feature, a tree lined promenade connecting the buildings and attractions, a wheel and spoke patterned pedestrian connection to the parking areas radiating from the main entrance, and naturalization of trackside storm water management retention ponds.

msla's role: MSLA provided full landscape architecture master planning, concept development, and construction drawing production for the Racino and Exibition. The project master plan also considered future phases of the development including paddock expansion, training facilities and the commercial hotel corridor.
